I just made the world’s most boring zucchini lemon muffins. Also: the top, under the outer shell bit, refuses to bake through. Cool.
I have been craving citrusy baked goods. Maybe I’ll cut the tops off these (the uncooked part) and see what scone options I have next. Maybe orange cranberry scones?
